Reporting to the Logistics & Sales Operations Manager, you will be providing excellent logistics service to our subsidiaries, distributors, retailers and consumers around the world.  You will also be managing our warehouse partners and act as the main contact for our 3PL distribution center.  You shall also be supporting the sales team by delivering excellent customer service to our clients.  Below would be your key duties:-

• Receives and answers inquiries from subsidiaries, distributors and sales team concerning price and availability as well as the application of products, services and programs.
• Assures customer satisfaction by tracking the progress of orders, shipments and assists sales team to handling customer complaints.  Communicates shipments status.
• Assists with the coordination of operational activities for special account programs as developed by Management.
• Provides instructions for returning products.  Issues Return Authorization numbers.
• Prepares the mailing of catalogs and promotional materials, and shipment for fixture and SMS for customers.
• Monthly stock report – balance the warehouse stock level with system
• Prepares Tradelink declaration
• Coordinates booking of Inbound/Outbound and Air/Sea freight shipments
• Transfers shipment between 3PL warehouses
• Acts as major contact point with 3PL warehouses.  Reconciles and processes monthly invoices. 
• Coordinate booking and shipment release to overseas tradeshows
• Processes export booking, custom doc., Cert. of origin, prepare invoice, packing list, telex release
• Ensure workflow are followed and system (NAV) is maintained according to SOP 
• Receives and processes order adjustments in cooperation with demand planning
• Ensures special customer requests for shipping are clearly identified on orders for adherence to by the distribution center.
• Stays in touch with the subsidiaries assisting in any issues.
• Follows established communications procedures and timelines as per training and SOP manual
• Handles ad hoc projects as assigned.  

Ideally, you shall be/have:-

• A Bachelor's degree is related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• A strong communicator, with fluent written and oral English.  Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a must too
• Pro-active, organized with good team work
• Independent with good problem solving skills
• Experience in using ERP system with strong operation knowledge in MS Office, especially excel
