Job Description

•         Develop and maintain potential and existing supplier data base following sales requirements and high level of quality
•         Forecast purchase requirements for the Western Europe
•         Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers
•         Manage and reinforce supplier relationship through all phases of the purchasing cycle
•         Elaborate purchase orders to suppliers and coordinate the logistics activities for each container shipped
•         Ensure items are delivered in timely manner with the appropriate documentation and following local food regulation
•         Negotiate and analyze international transport prices and select the most freight company suitable for each destination
•         Any other ad-hoc activity assigned by the Purchase Director

Requirement

•         Diploma or degree in commerce/supply chain or related discipline.
•         It is required at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Purchase
•         Meat industry or Food and Beverage will be an advantage
•         Fluent in English and German is a requirement. French will be definitely a plus
•         Proficiency in MS Office (proficiency in NetSuite is a plus)
•         Outgoing person with relevant persuasion skills
•         Feeling comfortable working in an international environment mainly French speaking
•         Dynamic, self-confident and high level of motivation
•         Some travel around Europe and Asia will be required
