Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:

• Handle full-set of accounts and month-end financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements with variance analysis, reports and schedules
• Participate in annual budgeting and forecast updates as assigned.  Review and monitor capital and operating expenditure against budget to support business intelligence for forward strategies and planning
• Maintain fixed assets register, general ledger system as well as providing support in process review and control for best practice procedures
• Manage invoice issuing, cash and bank receipts, payment of invoices and expenses claims and perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in annual audit and internal control reviews, and be responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

You should have/be

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with CPA qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit / commercial accounting, preferably from property / estate management, or arts / culture sectors with multi-national exposure.  Experience in handling accounts receivables and accounts payables
• A good team player, independent, self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
• Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well versed in MS Excel and Words
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Accountant
