Responsibilities:

• Invoicing, expenses checking
• Check Octopus record
• Handle petty cash claim
• Administration work in Finance Department
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma, associate degree or relevant certificate is a plus
• At least 2 years relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience on SAP is preferred
• Hands-on experience in sizable organization is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word is a must) including Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
