Responsibilities:

• Works within guidelines and reports to the Credit Manager
• To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques.
• Works with a minimum of direction on collections for an important ledger, possibly key accounts.
• Anticipates developments, and identifies accounts that will require special attention.
• Maintains accurate individual measurement and performance statistics.
• Suspend and activate for the problem and dishonoured cheque customer
• Assess and release credit check orders
• Ensure the Credit Hold Report send to Principals promptly
• Coordinate with principals and sales team for credit hold order
• Monitor overdue / Over credit limit accounts and deferred payment accounts
• Report special customers’ feedback or problems to  Credit Manager
• Handle special order with principals
• Prepare Weekly / Monthly report to Credit Manager
• Coordinate with CS, Sales team for feedback and complaint from customer and principals
• Train and motive subordinates to improve their job efficiency and customer service techniques
• Answer phone inquiries and reply email to customer and Principals
• Ad hoc projects

Requirement:

• Degree holder, major in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in Credit Control Team
• SAP knowledge and experience is essential
• Independent with good communication skills
• High commitment to tight deadline and work under pressure 
• Good in IT knowledge (MS Excel, MS Access, etc)
