Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts and payments

• Prepare daily treasury reports, bank reconciliations, vouchers, etc.

• Handle month-end closings

• Assist supervisors in preparing various management accounts, breakdowns and reporting packages

• Maintain list of aged creditors and debtors

• Assist in preparing full set of accounts and other general accounting work

• Other ad-hoc accounting tasks

Requirements

• Form 7 or above and hold a LCC I Level 3 qualification

• 1-4 years working experiences in accounting

• Good team player with initiative and good communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Good attention to details

• Computer knowledge of MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Chinese WP

• Good command of written and spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin

• Less experience would be considered as Accounting Assistant

• Immediate available is preferred
