Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Regional HR Director with all-rounded HR functions
  • Handling payroll, MPF and other C&B administration and processing etc
  • Maintaining and update staff personnel record, filing system and database
  • Assisting and coordinate in recruitment issues and prepare employment contracts and HR related proposals
  • Handling employee relations and company functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in all round HR function
  • University graduate or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Possesses strong sense of responsibility, multi-task, self-motivated and detail-mind
  • Fluent spoken and written in Chinese and English, strong communication skills in Mandarin speaking is a plus
  • Proficient in PC skills especially in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well versed in Labour Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislations
