Job Description
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
- 3-4 years in full support of HR functions and recruitment activities
- Experience in working visa application will be an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Cheerful, well-organized, energetic with good communication skills
- Proficient in communication of spoken and written English
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, performance evaluation and employee relations
- Handle recruitment process including resumes screening, interview to offer logistics
- Assist in payroll processing, MPF administration and taxation matters
- Participate in compilation of regular HR reports and organizing staff activities
- Coordinate ad hoc HR projects and assist in the implementation of HR strategies
