The Job:

• To supervise a team of personnel officers in providing a full spectrum of personnel services including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, personnel administration, exit process, performance management, etc. to designated client departments and group companies
• Play an advisory role to line managers in all HR issues
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements in all aspects of HR management
• Assist in managing the operation of Staff Association and organizing annual staff activities
• Engage in various strategic HR projects
• To perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ all-round personnel services experience in sizeable organization, of which 3 years in supervisory level
• Fully conversant with the employment legislations in Hong Kong
• Self-initiated, analytical, well-organized, result-oriented and tactful
• Good communication, inter-personal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
  
• Computer literacy in MS office and Human Resources Information System
• Immediately available is highly required
