Responsibilities:

• To formulate the initial concept for change concept formulation and prepare proposals including analysis on opportunity definition, business plan, risk mitigation, costs and benefits and action plans to the Innovation Committee.
• To develop/coordinate the approved concept into complete project design and execution documents along with task-level project plans to arrange external partners and cross-function teams.
• To liaise with stakeholders to communicate the proposed change and associated analysis and enable them to understand the business processes affected and the underlying impacts on system, people and customers.
• To support development of new technology and strategic plans, new processes and ideas to improve productivity, efficiency and performance.
• To work with project teams to problem-solve any issues or barriers that may arise, and threaten to delay the process, as deemed appropriate and provide progress reports to the Innovation Committee.
• To drive ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years working experience with engineering knowledge and practical skills.
• Substantial experience in research, problem solving and project management
• Experience working on project management Tools (Visio, MS project etc.).
• Experience in technology companies an advantage.
• Very strong passion, self-motivated and initiative to drive innovation
• Excellent project management, organization and team collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
• Strong analytical, interpretation, problem solving and research skills
