Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and review BIM standard, templates, libraries in project level and corporate level
• Work closely with project teams in the development and review of BIM technology and methodology, and implementation of BIM on projects within the Group
• Cooperate with the project team in communication and co-ordination with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects with use of BIM models
• Develop, implement and review quality control procedures to check that all of the models are accurate, the level of detail is fit for purpose
• Manage and lead the team of Modelers, provide necessary onsite support and advisory services to the project team
• Conduct internal training and internal promotion to raise staff’s awareness and skills on BIM

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Candidates shall have a breadth BIM software across designing, visualizing, collaborating, making and using etc.
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS projects in which 3 years’ experience of construction BIM model production.  Professional membership required.
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and demonstrated ability to lead a team of BIM Modeler / Engineer to complete a BIM project
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
