Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager
• Oversee the customer service platform and counter operations of the branch.
• Monitoring & coaching a small team of frontline customer service staff  to handle customers’ enquiries & complaints and deliver quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Prepare data analysis & evaluation report for management. 

Requirement:

• Degree holder 
• 4 years+ customer service or hospitality of which at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
• Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Asst. Customer Service Supervisor
