System Consultant

Requirements:

• 5 years+ hands-on Windows Servers administration experience.
• Experiences in Backup configurations and Disaster Recovery procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, managing and administering Windows Servers and SQL Servers.
• Prepare technical documents and operation manuals.
• Undertake the planning, design and implementation of IT infrastructure.
• Provide Level2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Network Administrator

Requirements:

• 5 years+ hands-on network support / administration experience.
• Cisco CCNA holder is an advantage but not a must.
• Understanding of network protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
• Experienced in Cisco Unified Communication administration.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage various network devices (e.g. routers, switches, load balancers, SSL VPN gateways).
• Perform firewalls (e.g., Check Point) administration.
• Prepare technical documents and operation manuals.
• Monitor network resource utilization, trending and capacity planning.
• Provide Level2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Helpdesk Engineer

Requirements:

• 2 years+ relevant skills in Windows Server / Operating System, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, Basic Networking; iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance service.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems.
• Diagnose and solve hardware / software faults.
