Our client is a leading online travel platform with strong brand presence in Asia pacific region. It cooperates with over 2000 hotel operators, airlines , theme parks and restaurants across the globe and it's backed a US listed company.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, implement and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns such as website development, online advertising, social media and mobile marketing, digital CRM for our medical aesthetic treatment brands to optimize and align with the ROI of marketing objectives
• Integrate loyalty program and partnerships locally; validate loyalty program and partnerships locally by validating loyalty targets, discounts and benefits
• Create and execute digital programs and campaigns to drive lead generation; improve lead progression through the conversion funnel by assisting with development of strategy, management buy-in, and execution and reporting
• Establish quarterly KPIs and benchmarks based on performance and departmental goals, reporting results to key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
• Participate in the definition of e-commerce strategy and guideline; Supervise customization of the e-commerce catalogue at country level, identifying synergies at divisional level
• Propose and validate the e-commerce promo & pricing strategy, identifying synergies at divisional level
• Participate in definition of social media strategy guidelines by proposing agencies and validating social media content/influencers/celebrities/bloggers
• Coordinate Apps strategy & solutions by proposing innovation & solution partners

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Marketing disciplines, MBA is a plus
• At least 15 years of experience in online business or digital related sector for strategic marketing planning initiatives for multi-disciplined organizations serving diverse market/product segments and nationalities
• Prior industry experience from Travel, Hotel, Lifestyle, Beauty industry is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing agency (ecommerce, social media, digital content) desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense and business acumen
• Creative, innovative and enthusiastic in working and developing new ideas/store concepts to drive business growth and success all the times
