General Clerk (9 month contract and newable)

Responsibility:

1.  Provide clerical and administrative general support to a team of members middle to senior levels.

2. Good office practice including typing, filing and answer telephone

3.  Able to provide logistics arrangements for special projects

4.  Able to take extra and urgent duties and work as a good back-up support.

Requirement:

1.  5 passes including Chinese, English and Maths in HKCEE \ HKDSE

2.  Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and English

3.  Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese and English typing, internet operation etc.

4.  At least 2-3 years post-qualification full time relevant working experience

5.  Able to work as a team and be a teamplayer\supporter.
