Job Description


Role Purpose


As a key part of customer care team, this role is responsible for providing customers with a consistent level of proactive and professional support in an effort to increase customer loyalty and company revenue that align with company’s strategy and goals. The specialist is also required to work closely with the team and other internal stakeholders to cope with daily operation.


 


Responsibilities


  • Involve customer relationship program to increase customer satisfaction level
  • Manage customer training development to support company business strategy
  • Provide support to academia in learning, teaching, conducting research and grant certificates
  • Develop a thorough understanding across all products and offerings in order to resolve renewal related inquiries and to deliver superior training services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with sales representatives and probe for cross and up selling of software, solutions and services to existing customers
  • Prepare proposals for renewal and training to customers
  • Provide support to classroom training logistics and renewal related administration work
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

 

Experience and Knowledge:

 

  • Bachelors in Communications/IT/Business related field of study
  • 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confidence in customer facing activities
  • Capable of learning and working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, good organizational skills
