Main Duties:

• To follow & maintain job order schedule according to service planning of station;
• To coordinate customer and planning all service/maintain work under company policy;
• To ensure every technical specification conform to the needs to customers;
• To ensure the quality of services match or exceed customer expectations; and
• To support 24 hours service and emergency process.

Requirements: 

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related discipline;
• 5 years of relevant service or sales experience;
• Strong analytical scene, able to work independently and excellent negotiation skills;
• Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel & Power Point);
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua is preferred;
• Good team player and willing to work under pressure; and
• Adapt to frequent short-term travel and overtime.
