Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations of IT infrastructure (Servers, Virtual Machine, Networks, Storage, Backup, Security, etc.) to ensure high level of user satisfaction in terms of system availability, reliability, maintainability, serviceability, security, performance and delivery
• Plan and design a new infrastructure to achieve overall efficiency
• Identify and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability of the IT infrastructure
• Assure the operations of IT infrastructure are in alignment with the direction of corporate IT and regulatory compliance
• Undertake technical specialization (install, backup, restore, etc.) of ERP, in-house and 3rd -party systems
• Deliver IT Infrastructure projects on-time, within budget and agreed scope with quality deliverable
• Enforce IT asset control and update inventory list regularly
• Provide vendor management
• Manage IT service desk
• Ensure all documentations are updated in a timely manner with good quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in IT Infrastructure including Window Servers, Virtual Machine, Networking, Security, Backup and Restoration, VoIP, Video Conferencing, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking, business sense and problem-solving capability
• Good team spirit and sense of accountability
• Mature, positive and proactive working attitude
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Frequent travel to PRC
