Job Description 工作範圍:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner
  以專業態度有效處理來電查詢及致電客人
  
• Promote and encourage clients to use our product & service
  推廣及鼓勵客人使用公司產品及服務
• Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients clerical duties (data entry, filing etc.)
  跟進及確保客人獲得適切服務及支援一般文書工作(如:資料輸入、存檔等)
  
• Support Ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned
  提供協助予同事，支援客戶服務部相關工作 

Requirements入職要求:

• F.5 or above with at least 1 year customer service experience (handle complaints / call center experience / Insurance working experience especially focus on motor business is highly preferred)
  中五或以上程度，並具一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗 (處理投訴或熱線經驗或汽車保險經驗者優先)
• Passed in IIQE Paper I and II intermediaries examination preferred
  通過保險中介資格考試保險牌卷一及卷二優先
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
  流利廣東話及書寫中文，一般英語及普通話
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work & solve problems independently
  具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題
• Strong continuous improvement orientation
  須俱備自我增值及將工作優化的心態
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
  

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘萬泰利廣場

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
