A capable youth activity organizer wanted!

Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement youth activities, study tours and student internship programs;
• Communicate with colleagues, participants and outside parties involved to make sure projects running smooth;
• Effectively schedule and push forward projects with regular progress report;
• Initiate and draft funding applications and bidding proposals;
• Prepare related work as required such as promotion materials, proposals, minutes, letters, and other relevant correspondence materials;
• Review and evaluate team performance and be able to identify the potential risk for the projects;
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor;

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with relevant disciplines or experience could be a plus, fresh graduates with mature skills will be considered;
• 2 years relevant experiences, preferable in student exchange programs, fresh graduates will be considered as project assistant;
• Good project management skills and good team spirit;
• Proficiently with Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
• Proficiency with video shooting, editing and photography is highly preferable;
• Familiar with internet and social media for promotion is definitely a plus;
• Good knowledge of Mainland culture is a plus;
• Travel to Mainland China is often required during summer and other vocation periods;
• Responsible, hard-working, detailed-oriented and good communication skills;
• Willing to work under pressure and meeting deadlines;
• Work on weekend/holidays if necessary;
• Passion for developing and working with youth;
• Immediately available is highly preferable;

Part Time: 50 HKD or above per hour
