Responsibilities:

• Liaise with overseas performing units
• Resonsible for developing and delivering a sales plan in Performing Industry for reaching gross revenue targets, coordinate all aspects of event market from booking through the conculsion, including personnesl and set up.
• Perform concultative and negotiation skills while dealing with different parties.
• To track project budget, maintain accurate documentation and record.
• Monitor market activities and contractual performance 
• Identify and develop new customers and sponsors.
• Manage business risk
• Identify and recommend alliance partners
• Coordinate special / ad hoc projects as required
  
  
  

 Requirement:

• Degree holder in arts administration/cultural studies or related subject, with 5+ years related working experience
• Knowledge in cultural and performing industry is a definite advantage.
• Experience in working in mainland China for performing industry is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
