Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consolidating and preparing purchase orders, quotation, price comparison
- Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
- Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, reports, documentation and filing
Requirements:
- High Certificate or above holder preferably in Purchasing
- Min. 3 year’s experience in construction / fitting-out industry
- Have experience in I/E will be an advantage
- MUST have solid experience in sourcing interior products, site materials & conduct price comparison
- Mature and able to handle project orders independently
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Less experience will be considered as Purchasing Clerk
- Immediate available is preferred
