Responsibilities: 

• Strong experience in Sourcing and working with supplier on new product development for general hard line category 
• Expert in broad range of home hard line 
• Initiate new ideas to drive sourcing and merchandising improvement and gap to drive cost saving 
• Work across functional teams such as overseas’ headquarter, product engineering, QA and packaging team 
• Identify new potential suppliers for new product development
• Understand the market trends and able to advise to cross functional teams

Ideal Candidates will have:

• 6+ years in an MNC or EU/US buying office
• Experienced in either one product: Home Furniture and Decor/ Storage/ Bathroom/ DIY 
• Product development process and understanding market trends 
• Knowledge of working with suppliers in China and South East Asia 
• Experienced in merchandising and supply chain 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Sourcing Manager level.
