We are Electronics Manufacturer looking for candidate to serve our overseas customers.

Responsibility: 

• Assist Sales & Marketing Department activities including order processing,  Materials/shipments follow up with customer
• Customer Services related activities
• Maintain customer relationship at a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services or Marketing. Work in electronics manufacturing firm before is an advantage
• Good command of written English.  Fluent in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant personality, cheerful, detail-minded and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office
• Station in Hong Kong. Travel to China factory weekly or as required
• Immediate availability preferred
