• A key supporter of Marketing Manager to implement a wide arrays of job duties on Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• To assist Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive for implementation of all marketing duties;
• Execute a wide arrays of workflow on marketing activities such as in-store promotion, road show, seminar and conference on a regularly basis;
• Support the team in execution of product launch, promotional campaigns, joint promotions and PR events;
• Responsible for copywriting and production of marketing collaterals, such as POSM and premiums;
• Assisting in logistic of gift and POSM for retail shops;
• To liaise with designers and vendors for production of window Display, shop decorations and visual merchandising;
• Undertake clerical and administrative tasks routinely;
• Gather and consolidate data for report analysis;
• Ad hoc duties required.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines;
• A Minimum of 2 year experience in marketing; with experience in skincare industry for at least 1 year is must;
• High organizing ability and excellent communications skill;
• Able to work with tight schedule and under pressure; 
• Absolutely proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in using MS Word; Excel and Chinese word processing; With experience in B2B system operation is an advantage;
• Available immediately is preferable.
