Job Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and office administration
• Prepare materials for staff data maintenance in HR system (HRIS) and SAP Database
• Support Reception Desk and administration duties as required
• Handle and support various ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree holder in Human Resources discipline or related equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong presentation and computer skills
• Strong numerical sense and determined
• Self-motivated and good team spirit
• Independent, flexible, good interpersonal skills, with positive and can do attitude
• Good time management in a fast paced working environment
• Able to handle multi-task to meet tight deadline & work under pressure
