Responsibilities

• Provide all-round support on HR operations
• Handle all staff movement, including onboarding, internal transfer and departure logistics
• Responsible for all benefit administration, including medical and MPF enrolment / termination, rental reimbursement, share purchase, employee compensation,  employment certificate preparation, etc.
• Maintain and update employee data to HR systems, e.g. IPL, TalentLink
• Assist in monthly payroll, taxation and MPF administration
• Assist in preparing various HR reports
• Responsible for HRIS enhancement
• Answer staff enquiries and provide support to internal customers
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects when needed
• 1-year contract position (renewable)

Requirements

• Diploma in business, management or related disciplines
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• At least 3 years HR operations experience
• Familiar with IPL and TalentLink will be an advantage
• Strong team spirit
