Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or relevant discipline is preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

 Responsibilities

• To handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• To handle inbound / outbound phone calls, email or internet enquiries
• To provide quality service to customers and maintain a long term relationship between the Company and customer
• Provide daily administrative and marketing support
• Perform daily settlement duties including client account opening, trade processing, cash settlement, master setting, filing etc
