Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall site coordination and management of assigned projects
• Monitor site progress and safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
• Coordinate site activities with main-contractors, designers and other relevant parties
• Organize and attend site meetings to report project progress and resolve any related issues
• Prepare all project related correspondence and reports

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Building Studies / Construction Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year’s site supervision experience in building construction industry
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
