Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing technicians’ request on spare parts
• Handle customers’ enquiries on availability and sales of spare parts
• Update inventory of spare parts in system timely and related information as and when required
• Maintain the master record and/or inventory record of spare parts and service manual for easy referencing and checking
• Update item codes of spare parts and service information in service manual
• Check and store new stock arrival of spare parts on shelves and related storage location
• Support monthly cycle count on stock of spare parts

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years clerical experience in warehouse preferably on parts administering related background
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, excellent in handling and follow up on details, take initiative and work hard to meet timeline, self-motivated, independent & responsible
• Sound computer knowledge in Excel commands and calculations with basic accounting knowledge preferable
• Fresh graduated or less experience will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
