Job Description

CLP Engineering Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CLP Holdings Limited, we undertake a variety of engineering work including energy services, facility management, infrastructure electrical and mechanical projects, lighting services, power engineering and traffic control & surveillance systems.To cope with the rapid business growth of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging service, we are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Energy Services Branch of CLP Engineering Limited. Reporting to the Branch Head, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Lead an Electric Vehicle team on EV charging business development and be responsible for reviewing EV charging infrastructure design, conducting market research and feasibility studies as well as planning and implementation of projects
  • Explore and identify the potential and profitable business opportunities and increase the company’s brand awareness in market
  • Establish long-term relationship with business partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure effective project management including budget planning, project program monitoring, cost control, material and resources planning to achieve the targeted profit
  • Provide project status update, market trend and related information to Management in a timely manner

 Requirements: 

  • A recognized university degree in relevant engineering disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience. Experience related to Electric Vehicle (EV) charging projects, building services project management and contractor management would be an added advantage
  • Possession of a corporate membership of HKIE or equivalent professional membership / qualification
  • Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and persistent
  • Good project management skills, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Candidates with lower qualification but extensive working experience will also be considered
