Duties:

• Provide system administration and technical support to PC and Mac users
• Configure and maintain web server, Linux, Windows 
• Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers and VPN solutions
• Perform hardware, software and network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, conduct IT inventory control, etc
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in IT support operations, Windows Server Administration, Systems/Network supports and troubleshooting
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Mac, VMware ESX and Microsoft HyperV
• Experience in Router, Switch, Firewall, Proxy, VPN and IP networking
• Good Knowledge of Storage System (NAS, SAN), Web Server (IIS, Nginx), Database (MS SQL) is preferred
• Have can-do attitude, good interpersonal and problem solving skills, customer service oriented
