 I - GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE POSITION

One of the biggest Insurance Company has the ambition of becoming the leading digital and multi-access insurer. The role will propose and develop web, mobile and user interface services for the company digital development. Out of the box thinking and technology enthusiast are key qualities needed to present our range of online retail products and services (focused on acquisition and policy services).

II - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop a dynamic & visually appealing online purchase user interface for P&C retail products – Travel, Motor, Home, PA…
2. Engage out of the box thinking in the architecture of the web services backend to provide high value of service to customers and on-needs sales basis tools for intermediaries.
3. Create a clear, simple and standardized purchasing process for the various insurance products in scope.
4. Contribute to the creation of the servicing processes linked to the developed purchasing processes.
5. Build forms/templates for each product line as per the defined purchasing & servicing processes with emphasis on call-to-action techniques
6. Employ identified SEO keywords in content
7. Respect the corporate website charter & branding guidelines – ensure customer get the full experience.

III - REQUIREMENTS

•          2/3 years of experience in web development
•          Educated to degree level, disciplines could include Computer Science or Design
•          Proficiency in Javascript and Object Oriented Programming
•          Must be familiar with JS class/prototype processes
•          Able to create dynamic/interactive features such as with HTML5
•          Ability to code
•          Knowledge with Node.js, PHP
•          Proven experience in developing e-commerce websites
