Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in multi-national firm, 2 years experience in supervisory level preferable
• Good command in both English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel such as Pivot table and V-look up
• Familiar with SUN system is an advantage
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation & regulations
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferable

Job Description:

• Handle full set of account including AR, AP, GL & bank reconciliation
• Perform month-end closing and daily accounting duties
• Review day-to-day work completed by subordinates
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Prepare monthly  accounting schedules and financial analysis
• Prepare annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Work closely with Operations on the billing & costing issues
• Liaise with auditors & tax representatives
• Other adhoc reporting and analysis required
