KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Asia countries finance to collective financial data and info and prepare consolidate management reports for the region on a periodic basis
• Assist the regional Finance Manager/Finance Director in preparation ad hoc analysis and management reports
• Ensure timely submission of disclosure requirements for Asia to Corporate for external reporting
• Ensure operating effectiveness of key regional monitoring controls and suggest continuous improvements
• Conduct variance and fluctuation analysis on actual results with rolling forecast and annual budget for Asia countries
• Assist intercompany eliminations
• Assist monitoring of cash flows and bank balances in group companies

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• 3 - 5 years of financial experience, preferable in multinational company
• University graduate, major in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Recognized professional qualification/ membership preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words and Power Point
• Experience in using Hyperion or BPCS systems is a plus
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Hands-on attitude, willing to handle assignments at operational level
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
