Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting duties including cheque payment, A/P, A/R, general ledger and accounts reconciliations
- Handle full set of accounts with a high level of accuracy, completeness and efficiency
- Prepare month end closing, financial analysis and management reports
- Perform intercompany transaction invoicing and reconciliation
- File and maintenance of accounting records
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- LCC higher
- 1-2 years’ relevant accounting experience or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Stable, willing to learn, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
