Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration supports for offices and outlets
• Manage general office daily administration work including procurement and replenishment of office supplies and equipment maintenance, mail handling and courier arrangement and etc
• Liaise with various departments and external vendors/ service providers as well as expenses control
• Coordinate the logistics services and warehouse management
• Responsible for license renewal and general insurance coverage for retail shops
• Maintain and update administrative filing documents
• Handle various official documents / certificates
• Ensure office tidiness and facilities readiness
• Reception duties at office is required
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' administration experience
• Experienced working in the food and beverage / catering industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of licences application and renewal is an advantage
• Experienced with inventory/logistics/warehouse management
• Good command of written English & Chinese
• Responsible, well organized, detail-minded and a reliable team player
• Flexible mindset with good communication skills at all levels
• Immediate available is preferred
