The Job:

• To greet, assist and direct visitors 
• To handle incoming calls on general line and direct to proper personnel
• To arrange booking of conference rooms    

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary five education or above with secretarial training preferred  
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from sizable companies 
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Proficient in MS Office  
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills 
• Helpful, responsible, pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented  
• Enjoy to work as part of the team
