Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Updated and maintain HR database, staff record, leave record & movements
- Assist in preparing and analyzing various HR regular and management reports
- Provide admin support for HR & Admin Department
- Responsible to organize company functions, party and all kinds of activities
- Assist the receptionist duties if necessary
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in sizable companies
- Familiarity with HK Employment Ordinance is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel / Chinese Word Processing
- Detailed mind team player, patient with strong numerical & analytical skills
