Key Responsibilities:

• Updated and maintain HR database, staff record, leave record & movements
• Assist in preparing and analyzing various HR regular and management reports
• Provide admin support for HR & Admin Department
• Responsible to organize company functions, party and all kinds of activities
• Assist the receptionist duties if necessary
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in sizable companies
• Familiarity with HK Employment Ordinance is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel / Chinese Word Processing
• Detailed mind team player, patient with strong numerical & analytical skills
