Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for general office operation activities include but not limited to office supplies procurement, stationery ordering, payment processing, maintenance and documentation work.
• Provide general sales administrative support not limited to coordinating sales and marketing team activities and company-wide activities
• Prepare for tender and quotation, product catalog and price update
• Sample inventory control
• Perform ad-hoc jobs assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• With 1- 2 years administrative experience is preferred
• Good PC skills, familiar with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, English and Chinese Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Hardworking, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Punctual, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
