Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer

Reporting directly to AHK-COO the post holder will originate and lead all AHK human capital practices and objectives to provide an employee with a high-performance oriented culture that emphasizes safety, empowerment, quality, efficiency, standards and goal attainment.

 Responsible for:

1. Workforce Integrity:

• Be responsible for recruitment and the ongoing development of AHK employees

2. Change Management:

• Administer Company PMS and work with COO on overall Company strategy and departmental KPIs
• Support with reviews of: IT systems and requirements, FOP policies and procedures including rostering practices and pilot recruitment

3. Benefits & Company Policies:

• Formulate, implement and periodically review all AHK HR policies and practices in compliance with Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia employment legislation
• Administer, with regard to company policies and interest, areas concerning the morale, safety and welfare of all AHK employees

4. Training & Development:

• Source, execute, and manage staff training and up-skilling

5. Staff Engagement:

• Business Partner to the Department Managers on all HR issues.
• Monitor and manage the company website to ensure both the external and internal content meets company standards and requirements
• Manage all AHK Company events

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration with at least 10 years HR management and office administration experience with 5 years people management experience
• Fully conversant and up-to-date with employment laws and HR best practices in all areas of operation
• Excellent oral and written English skills with fluency in Chinese an advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Pro-active and self-motivated, co-operative and supportive team player with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
