Responsibilities:

• Winning and executing executive search mandates concentrating in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities asset classes.
• Building and growing your own client franchise.
• Managing Michelangelo’s existing client base.
• To provide timely and news worthy market commentary to client base.
• Producing and updating client presentations and proposals to client base.
• Full 360-degree service from initial proposal to sourcing candidates and then executing on selective mandates.
• To assist Michelangelo in the development of the brand outside the Fixed Income Currency and Commodities specialisation.

Our Consultant must

• Be a skilled executive search consultant specialising in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities markets.
• Have an existing and portable client base within the Investment Banking community.
• Have at least six years’ experience.
• Ideally have had international experience as well, with particular emphasis on the European markets.
• Have a detailed and through knowledge of the Fixed Income, Currency and commodities markets, ideally from a global perspective.
• Be extremely comfortable marketing complex data and proposals to a demanding client base.
• Have a strong technological background as the Financial Technology sector expands.
• Have excellent communication skills whilst being extremely personable and confident.
• Possess an inquiring mind, be methodical and have an acute attention to detail.
