Job Summary:

• To handle credit card customer request and various account maintenance.  
• To perform User Acceptance Test and assist in new product / services development.

Principal duties & responsibilities

• Assist in managing Cardholder Service Support Team for card maintenance service such as account enquiries, card cancellation, card renewal, change of address, autopay, TU contribution, Octopus arrangement, complaint handling, etc.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to deal with card-related service maintenance, i.e. autopay setup, card replacement, card conversion, loyalty redemption, account & card information update, etc
• Handle cardholders service request on account maintenance services
• Monitoring of other units' activities by report checking
• Assist in performing User Acceptance Test

Job Specification

• HKCEE or HKDSE or above
• 1 year relevant working experience 
• Organized, self-motivated and attentive
• Customer-oriented with good inter-personal skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office
• Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus.
