Experienced Quantity Surveyor (for Civil work, especially Site Formation & Roads and Drains)

Job Scope: 

1. Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
2. Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;
3. Fill in BQ, calculate project cost and risk;
4. Tender preparation and cost control;
5. Experience in contract documents and site management

Requirements: 

1. With Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction related discipline, or equivalent;
2. Minimum 5-8 years QS related work experience; having site experience with civil work will be an advantage;
3. Self-motivated and can work independently;
4. Good PC knowledge;
5. Immediate available will be an advantage.

6 days work, statutory holidays
