Responsibilities:

• Supervise Engineering Team. Coordinate and supervise engineering/ construction works by teammates or sub-contractors;
• Responsible for project programming, planning, progress monitoring, documentations and on-site operation;
• To oversee maintenance activities are upkeep for pool equipment and assets in a hygienic and efficient condition;
• Attend regular meetings, monitor progress and workmanship on site;
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and internal parties;
• Materials sourcing and cost comparison for projects;
• Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage;
• Ad hoc projects assigned be Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering/ Building Studies/ ElectricalEngineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Installation and Building Services/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 years relevant experience. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
• Mature, possess good communication skills and negotiation skills;
• Experience/knowledge in using PC and good typing skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and Basic English;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, detail-minded, well organize and work with team members;
• Ability to handle project independently;
• Work under pressure and meet tight working schedule;
• Knowledge of plant room of swimming pool will be an advantage but not a must
