Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering & Production teams to run the plastic production.
• Drive for cost reduction, overall equipment efficiency and scrap reduction program.
• Enhance the molding machine capability and automation.
• Resolve with related parties for any technical issues associated with Engineering, Production and QA.
• Enhance the molding process capability and technology improvement.
• Implement the Total Productive Maintenance program in molding production.  
• Coordinate with mold tool supplier to improve the overall molding performance

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 10-15 years’ experience in thermoplastic injection molding and production (Sodick & Arburg machine)
• Strong competence in Mold cavity/ Tool design (hot runner design, gate design, air vent design)
• Extensive experience in Thermoplastic material properties and Thermoplastic injection machine and process knowledge
• Well knowledge of mold flow analysis, mold defect and problem solving
• Familiar with HDD product quality requirement would be an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
