We’re looking for a Senior Business Partner – Travel Services who is responsible for implementing and driving a world class travel program regionally for global team members with oversight of travel, expense, corporate card and compliance.  Ensure a best in class travel and expense experience is provided to our travelers through effective partnerships between HQ Travel Services, global offices and key vendors which include the Travel Management Company and Corporate Card provider.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison and relationship manager with in-country vendor partners of Greater China Region.  Measure vendor performance, engage in effective interactions to gain client satisfaction and develop tactics with partners to improve overall traveler experience.  
• Deal with team members' inquiries and provide immediate supports to them for any issues arising from the vendors.
• Influence leaders and travelers to follow the Target Travel & Expense Standard. Swiftly deliver appropriate resolutions for any travel, expense, corporate card or visa issue that arises.
• Drive accurate execution of corporate card and expense reimbursement processes through training and communication. 
• Manage corporate card application approvals and closures, where necessary.
• Facilitate domestic hotel review to identify preferred hotels in destinations where Travel Services is unable to source hotels.
• Assist HQ Mobility Team, as a local liaison, with assignee-specific and/or process driven requests.
• Benchmark with a variety of entities in order to provide a solid recommendation to the HQ Travel Services team on where to appropriately set local expense guidelines.
• Advise on immigration requirements (business visas), partnering with Target HQ contacts as necessary. Ensure compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by maintaining business visas, validating guest bookings, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 6+ years corporate travel management experience including hotel, agency, or airline relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent detail and organizational skills
• PC proficiency in Microsoft applications
