Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operation department;
• Compose & file correspondences including minutes, contracts and agreements;
• Preparation of expense claims, reports and invoices, replying emails;
• Assist in ad hoc projects and company events as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 6 / DSE or above;
• 1-2 years or above administrative / secretarial experience preferably in catering industry;
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• High proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint & Mind map
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and tight schedule, self motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking
• 5-6 days work per week, (alternative Saturdays)
