Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in ECM origination and execution process from deal structuring, financial modeling and analysis
• Work closely with professional investors to explore investment opportunities
• Analyze investors’ feedback and response to investors’ concerns

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business related discipline
• Holder of SFC License for RA1 is preferred
• 1 to 2 years of solid work experience in Banking and Securities Industry, experience in accounting will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills with easy–going personality
• Knowledge in financial modeling and analysis is a plus
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Native Mandarin Speaker is an advantage
