Job Responsibilities

• Supervise QC&D Department to meet the Company’s objective;
• Ensure the required laboratory services and testing activities smoothly and accurately on time and product quality is within specification as well;  
• Provide technical service support to customers;
• Improve product quality / develop new products to meet market demands;
• Act as the Management Representative of Company ISO9001 quality management system; update the manual if necessary;
• Provide the necessary training to the team members in respect of raw materials and chemical handling in safety manner;
• Adapt to the culture environment of continuous improvement;
• Perform ad. hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or related discipline;
• 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing or compounding industries;
• Good hands on experience in quality management and laboratory testing;
• Familiar with plastics material properties and knowledgeable in analytical chemistry, quality control with FDA, UL, RoHS and reach compliance;
• Can work independently with minimum supervision;
• Strong leadership, logical thinking, good problem solving and communication skill;
• Good written and verbal communication skills of Chinese, Mandarin & English.
